My Favorite Brand of Probiotics
I've tried different brands of probiotic supplements, and Garden of Life has become my favorite for its high-quality and clean ingredients. I've noticed benefits on my digestion and gut microbiome after taking this product. As indicated in the description, the capsules can be opened to consume only the contents, which taste neutral and are easy to take. The package size provides a 1-month supply, and it's effective. Quality ingredients. Size is good but I'd buy a bigger bottle if available. I really like how it helps with digestion and constipation. Helps gut health and microbiome. Also ,great absorption. No taste I like this brand a lot
