I love the Mission Carb Balance line of tortillas. They are all yummy and very high in fiber. I have been using them in place of bread for dinner, smearing heart-healthy avocado on them, then stuffing them with lots of organic greens, kale, green onions (wash the dirty insides of them!), grape tomatoes, and cut-up veggie burger! Yummy, satisfying, healthy, and very low calorie homemade burritos/wraps! I also grab a tortilla as a snack during the day. I have lost weight! I prefer the whole wheat tortillas because they have less calories than the white tortillas. And when you're counting calories and trying to lose weight, every single calorie counts. You might think you get enough daily fiber. Fiber is very important. I highly recommend these tortillas for their yummy taste, nutrition, multifaceted versatility, and great value for the money, especially at Walmart.
