The product is of a good quality and I am pleased with that aspect of my purchase. However, it took longer than expected, which is understandable as it is coming from China, though the updates were not clear as to when it would arrive. It also gave an arrival date that was passed by three days prior to actual delivery. Otehrwise I am overall happy with my purchase and transaction and will buy again in the future. It's just something that can be addressed. Again, I understand your company does not itself deliver these packages and you depend on third party delivery services, so I don't expect you'll change their ability to deliver packages on time. I would only like to see better communication of the progress of orders/shipping between Walmart's associates, the third party shipper, and finally the consumer to keep us informed as to the progress of our orders.
