Using Habitrol Gum is a breeze with these three simple steps: Start by placing the gum in your mouth and biting slowly and deliberately about 15 times until you experience a strong taste or tingling sensation, indicating the release of nicotine. Once you feel these sensations, stop chewing and "park" the gum between your cheek and gums. Resume chewing when the intensity of these sensations decreases, and continue this cycle of "park and chew" for approximately 30 minutes or until the peppery taste and tingling sensation subside completely. Remember, take it easy – avoid chewing too fast or using multiple pieces simultaneously. Start by using the gum as needed whenever cravings strike, ensuring that it does not exceed the recommended dosage. As you progress to quit, gradually decrease gum usage over two to three months until you've successfully kicked the habit by the six-month mark.

Silenced my nicotine cravings!!!
Love it! Ive been trying to quit vaping and when i received this, I threw away all my vapes. This has been the only reason I haven't went and bought a new vape. When i get that urge to smoke i just chew a piece of this gum and after a while my cravings disappear. I definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to quit smoking!!!

Niconine gum review
The gum tastes better than I thought it would.I chopped the pieces into thirds.That was easy to do.I only chew the gum on a full stomach.I haven't had any tummy issues.If I was to buy the gum it would be 49$ and that's more than i am willing to spend.

Very helpful
My husband is a very heavy smoker. He used to smoke 2 packs of cigarettes a day, then he quit and went to 4 or 5 PACKS of black and mild cigars a day. He was having a hard time fighting the urge to just light one up. This gum has helped lower the crave tremendously, it's really nice to see him getting some control on a situation that we found to be out of hand. I highly recommend this as it has been a huge help!!!
