This 12,000 watt btu air conditioner has been amazing! It really cools down the entire bottom floor of my home within an hour. It covers a large area and makes this summer easier to cope with. The remote makes it easy to change temps and settings from across the room. Set up was simple running the tube to the window, no heavy lifting it and trying to balance the unit like window acs. A huge upgrade for me and I love it!
