Using Habitrol Gum is a breeze with these three simple steps: Start by placing the gum in your mouth and biting slowly and deliberately about 15 times until you experience a strong taste or tingling sensation, indicating the release of nicotine. Once you feel these sensations, stop chewing and "park" the gum between your cheek and gums. Resume chewing when the intensity of these sensations decreases, and continue this cycle of "park and chew" for approximately 30 minutes or until the peppery taste and tingling sensation subside completely. Remember, take it easy – avoid chewing too fast or using multiple pieces simultaneously. Start by using the gum as needed whenever cravings strike, ensuring that it does not exceed the recommended dosage. As you progress to quit, gradually decrease gum usage over two to three months until you've successfully kicked the habit by the six-month mark.

Finally Making the Switch & Proud!
OK, I'm just going to say it. I know vaping isn't great. But after smoking for years, it was my gateway out, and that alone felt like a win. Now I'm trying to level up again and actually break the nicotine cycle, enter Habitrol Nicotine Gum in the 4mg Fruit flavor 150 count, and I'm impressed. First of all, the fruit flavor is actually good. Not weirdly medicinal, not overpowering, and definitely not giving “old school nicotine gum” vibes. It's subtle but fresh and I don't feel like I need to chase it with water immediately. I've been using it when cravings hit, especially during my usual vape triggers, and it really does take the edge off. It feels strong enough to calm that “I need it right now” feeling without making me feel jittery or gross. It's also a gum so no one around you will know! Is quitting easy? No. But this makes it feel doable. If you're trying to step down from smoking or vaping and want something for the cravings, this is worth the try!

Fruity and minty flavor
This nicotine gum has a fruity and slightly minty flavor that's not bad at all. I don't get very much of the nicotine taste that some of the gums have so that's nice. It's only been a week and a half so far so I'm still struggling but they do help a whole lot. The instructions say to be sure to use at least 9 pieces a day to help control cravings and use for the full 12 weeks so I'll have to pick up another box.

Nicotine chewing gum
This is my first time trying a nicotine chewing gum. It actually works to reduce my nicotine cravings. I liked that each piece of the gum is individually wrapped so I can take it with me conveniently. The fruity flavor was nice and fresh tasting. The box had 150 individually wrapped gum pieces which is a great value for money. This product was more helpful and useful than I expected. It is sugar free as well. I am glad I discovered this product and tried it. I would buy it again and recommend it.
