Been using Fram filters for over 50 years and never had a problem. My cars and trucks go well over 150K miles before I trade them in or give them to someone. I used this ph9837 filter on my 1999 s-10 pick up 4x4 with 130k on it and been using Fram filters on it for the last 120K miles and the engine runs nice and quite with no issues.
