I use Candidastat everyday to keep thrush in check last few months. It does help combined with Candida diet. I used it while on the Rx to support my liver function. I think I'll continue to take for maintenance. It was a huge kidney stone w/ infection causing opportunistic candida to overgrow. It's been horrible. But, this supplement definitely helped me clear it.
