3mm x 6mm Spike Cone for 12g & 14g Internally-Threaded Body Jewelry These surgical steel spikes can be used to replace gem balls and other ends for our 12g and 14g internally-threaded body jewelry that has an internal 1.2mm thread pattern. Screw a cone onto the end of your labret shaft, use one of these spikes with a dermal anchor, attach one to each end of a straight barbell, or use these spike cone ends with any other 12g or 14g internally-threaded body jewelry with a matching thread pattern.
