Wonderful natural wood for our Arizona home

Stylish Design, But Falls Short of Expectations

I purchased five sets of the Coronado Redwood 5 Piece Everyday Flatware for daily use. While the flatware is lovely, it doesn't quite live up to the expectations set by the product photos. The wood has a more ashy appearance in person and lacks the vibrant finish I was hoping for. They are also extremely lightweight, which is understandable due to the wooden composition, but I expected a bit more heft for the price. I've been carefully hand-washing them as instructed, but the wood still seems to dull. Overall, they're nice, but not quite what I was hoping for.
