The unit came in on time but there were couple dents on the side of the door and one in the back corner, which were caused by shipping. I contacted the seller TACOOL right away and they responded quickly and did a partial refund for the damages. I was very happy on how they handled the transaction right away after sending them some photos of the damages. So far so good, on the performance of the mini fridge, seems like it's holding up the temperature well. I just want to point out that I don't knoabout the negative comments about their customer service, but my experience with them was flawless and amazing. Thank you TACOOL, I'll definitely give you guys 10 Stars on my review. I'm sure I can trust to buy from you again knowing that you guys have a great customer service. Thanks again.

I love my mini refrigerator. However I do not love the dent on it. This is the second on that I have ordered that has a dent. This one is not as bad as the one before. I think that the freight company should reimburse me for the damage.
