Wrong Sizing Information

I have a 2006 40" Murray and according to this it should fit but it doesn't. This belt is too small for 40" mower. Now I have to take the whole thing back apart and wait on an ordered one.

I'm sorry to hear that. A lot of the riding mowers use multiple belts. Just a reminder, this belt is for the Belt-V-Motion Drive. If this did not fit, to locate the correct belt for your mower, please give our customer support center a call at 800-743-4115 to locate the correct number for your particular Murray mower. Otherwise, you can go to Murray's dealer locator on their website and match up your model number to the correct phone number.
