Over the course of several years I've tried MANY different types of sleep aides in a desperate attempt to get a decent nights sleep. So far it has been a life changer! It works fast and even after a couple of bathroom trips during the middle of the night I am now able to fall back asleep rather quickly. Prior to taking this wonderful Sleep supplement I would toss and turn and struggle for sometimes two or three hours or more in order to fall back asleep! Absolutely frustrating! The best part is that I am now able to average seven, sometimes even eight hours of sleep each night and wake up refreshed with ZERO grogginess or hangover! Even better is now that I am getting better sleep my workouts in the gym have improved immensely! My post workout recovery days have also improved thanks to my much improved sleep quality.
