There is a lot of great things in this kit for your black top/griddle. The egg coolers are all metal, I would recommend buying a silicone set which is very inexpensive. The sauce bottles are half the size of a bottle you would buy by themselves, which is great for my family applying sauce/flavor to the meats we're smoking. The set of gloves are also amazing. Well worth it and a great edition for your BBQ experience.
