The item I received is measured in centimeters as described in the title. It is barely able to be considered 50 x 60 cm. Yeah, if you stretch out the material sure it meets that criteria. However, the fluff of the actual pillow itself does not completely fill the pillow because it's sewn at the edges in order to reach that 60 cm. It is nowhere near like the picture shown. It is a square pillow that you could sit your butt on. This is not a pillow for a headboard not even a twin. I was going to use this as part of my classroom library and now I have the fun task of having to return this item. I would consider the picture as false advertising. Do better Walmart.
