Switched from an expensive brand that I had been taking for more than twenty years and am very pleased with this product so far. Everything that the other one had I found in this product at an affordable price. Only thing missing was omega 3's but bought them separately, no problem. I would recommend.

My preferred multi vitamin
I have been ordering these for a couple of years, and they work great for me! I ran out a couple of months ago, and kept on forgetting to re-order. And my body notices! Taking this multi-vitamin gives me what I'm looking for in such a product. I also feel I've more energy using them, and they are helping keeping my cycle regular. I've recommended this product to friends.
