Muscle boost
I found this product, from a sample serving given at NY Marathon clinic. I tried it before a hard run. Placebo ? All I know is I seems to have a great run that day. I have mostly used ONLY before a long run, and before the marathon. Running can be great one day, horrible the next, but I can say every time I used this product, usually an hour to 2 before my run, 30 minutes in, I seemed to be running a little faster with same effort. Not inexpensive I guess, but for me, worth the cost. Also good way to get Magnesium into your system, and I believe Zinc, both great for your muscles. (People at NY Marathon clinic were super helpful). Taste is interesting, sort of like a natural licorice not as strong with a drop of herb. Easy to digest
