Useful Start

This book gives you a great outline of how to change the way you approach food in order to reach your health goals. It is perfect for the do-it-yourself. I lost a large amount of weight in a short period of time without having to give up my favorite foods. Non-strict guidelines that allow me to burn fat and live without being hungry, mean I will maintain my results while reaching for my goals. For those that need a support system and a detailed plan, his full system is the best way to go. Great beginning for anyone, however.
