These Paper Mate mechanical pencils are elegantly designed with an ergonomic grip, strong lead that is dark and does not break, and an eraser that erases better than a lot of others that my family and I have tried. Got for my son for school and I/he loves them , he is known for pushing down hard on paper but with these the lead is so pigmented it helps him not push so hard when writing which helps with his hands get less tired out.

Better than a pencil

These pens are better than using a pencil. You don't have to sharpen them. There is a good eraser and the lead is just fine. They are easy to write with and with the lead retracted, they are easy to carry in your purse or notebook.
