Collector's toy poor condition. Boo to the seller

This Hammond collector's Troodon was used, damaged, broken and repaired to included scraped right knee, the lower right leg was glued, crooked, at the knee cap, the upper right leg was glued to the hip socket, so there is no articulation in the right leg and the dinosaur can not stand because of this. The left eyeball is turned downward and not fixable. Mounting the tail causes the body to split open slightly at the seam. This was sold under the pretenses as in good and new condition. The collector's box was crushed, likely in shipping due to being shipped in a padded paper envelope.
