Yummy lollipops!

I think these are really good. They taste like sugary lollipops, but I love that it has vitamin C in it :) Warning however, you can't take too much of these because of the ingredient erythritol, a sugar alcohol. It's there to give the lollipop a sweet taste, however our bodies don't digest it, so it ends up just being pooped out by our intestinal bacteria. As a result, you get the runs if you eat too much of it! I sat down and ate about 10 and for the next 6-8 hours I proceeded to go to the bathroom once every 10 minutes. So limit yourself to maybe 2 to 3 :)
