Replace the rack and pinion on my 2007 camary and installed this to protect and contamination from old fluid. Fit perfectly. Just install in return line.

This filter is quick to install as long as you have some room along your return line. It's a small package, but seems to work as expected. If you install one of these, make sure to note the flow arrows on the case.

My old pump was working but the front bearing had some play in it. I decided to replace it prior to failure. The 3/8 filter fit the return line. Maybe not required but can't hurt. Comes with oring so that the filter may be cleaned.
