Small base, Top heavy, not good for taller folk

I ordered this chair, thinking it was going to be perfect! Upon set up I discovered the seat was not attached to the base by bolts or screws. It was just sat on top of the base. When sat in and elevated, it teetered without much force, it also sits very low and not good for 5'7” person. Worst of all I missed the return window as I wasn't in my new space yet due to a delay from getting hit by a tornado in my town!! Would not recommend! Now I'm stuck with an extra non practical seat in the back room!! Tried messaging wal mart customer service but was never met with a response!
