All the diff sizes and the inside pockets and the outside pocket I use for my weekly pill box. I take a handful of meds each day and this helps keep it all in one place!!! The ones I need to reorder go into one of the inside pockets till I do order and then toss!!! I also wanted to check the ease of use, and I found it simple yet, could be difficult for the elderly who don't have someone to help them or get em organized…hopefully get one for a family member
