AOR's Advanced Bone Protection is a high-quality supplement designed to support bone health. It contains a specialized form of milk-derived protein (MBP®) that helps enhance bone density and strength. I appreciate that this formula focuses on bone-building rather than just calcium supplementation, making it a great addition to my routine for long-term skeletal support. The capsules are small and easy to swallow, and I haven't experienced any side effects. While it's hard to measure bone health improvements in the short term, I trust AOR's reputation for using research-backed ingredients. With only 30 capsules per bottle, it's a bit pricey, but for those looking for a scientifically formulated bone health supplement, it's worth considering. Highly recommended for those concerned about bone density and strength!
