The reset code button was broken. I wouldn’t even have written this review, but the return process is pretty brutal for this item. You can’t just take it back to the store and you can’t just get a return authorization. I’ve been waiting for over a week. I even reached out to Walmart and now I’ve still been waiting two days.

I received this safe 4 days ago. I grabbed a dolly to bring it inside and guess what? I almost threw it through my porch ceiling. So I contacted the seller telling them that I would like to initiate a return and that the item received is not what was advertised. I was supposed to hear back from them within 48 hours, but I still have not so I decided to go ahead and unboxed the safe to see if maybe the weight of the safe has nothing to do with the quality of the safe. Well, I’m not sure exactly what happened because the box that the safe was shipped in does not seem to have sustained any damage however, the largest part of the safe door will not open. You can clearly see where the door and the frame are not plumb. I have sent a repeat email alerting the seller, again, that I would like to initiate a return now not only is it not what was advertised, but I cannot even use it! Let’s see if I hear back from them at all! How do I get in contact with Walmart to tell them to not use the seller anymore?
