Verified Purchase

It's defective for its main purpose, which is its usability as a recliner. When in the reclined position, the back rest arches your back into an uncomfortable position. Unusable. I had to go through the grueling process of disassembling it and hauling it back out to be returned. This might be an issue with zero point recliners in general because I've never had this problem before. But I cannot recommend this.
