First, I must disclose that I am an engineer and will be quite critical of several things, however, the result is a beautiful piece of furniture that looks and performs as desired. I have assembled several other furniture pieces and will make some comparisons as to quality. First, all the parts were in the box and clearly labelled, except for part F which was labeled E. The wood used for construction is softer than American pine so you always risk over-tightening and stripping holes. The design is superior to others I have experienced, but some hole locations were chosen for ease of manufacturing rather than appearance. The back sheets are wood composite instead of the cheap cardboard I experienced elsewhere; and they were screwed in instead of cheaply nailed. The wooden pegs need to be cut down slightly to protrude the specified 1/4". The instructions were clear and the drawings very good. My top board was slightly warped which required sitting on it to tighten the screws to hold it flush. When installing screws from the two center uprights to the top, push the uprights toward the front of the unit to be flush with the back of the top. Finally, the pre-drilled holes for the doors are too small and the screw should be set half-way into the hole, then removed, before trying to install the door. In summary, this is a very good value and I do recommend.

I used this to replace my office supplies cabinet and is just high enough to be used to set my printers & use as a work station. Was easy to install but took about 2 hours. Appears to be of good quality. The brown finish color is attractive even though I knew it would not match my other cherry office furniture.
