after applying 2 coats as recommended, on living room, freshly poured, clean concrete, and allow for the proper cure time. My nephew dropped a piece of steak on the floor. after scrubbing and concrete cleaning, the splatter of juices is still present. I called a concrete specialist to investigate, and i was informed that this product is not a "sealer," but a "water-proofer," as mentioned on the PDS (located on the website). Therefore, I shouldn't expect such protection (to my surprise). It has been advised that we need to grind out the concrete, and apply an actual "sealing agent." im hoping that I will be contacted and told i am wrong, but this has been confirmed by several different professionals. someone shoudl get the word out there if this is true.

I bought this product in hopes that it would work as it is advertised. Soon after applying this product to our new concrete driveway we noticed what looked to be wet spots all over the driveway. Upon further assessment these spots were greasy/oily to the touch. I tried endlessly to clean these spots but they are not going anywhere. It now looks as though someone dripped oil all over our driveway. Our driveway is new and was spotless before using this product. Very upset.
