Note:
1. When using an electric air conditioner when driving, the battery should be fully charged first, and the generator must be above 75A.
Vehicles with less than 75A must pay attention to the battery storage on the dashboard when driving. Stop using the electric air conditioner as soon as the indication of low battery power appears.
When the generator is running and the voltage is high, the compressor controller will mistakenly think that the battery is fully charged, but in fact the battery has no electricity. When parking, the compressor controller will automatically control, will not cause battery feed. In addition, when the generator is less than 55A, there will be undervoltage, and the air conditioner will be turned on when it stops. (This is because the power in the battery has been used up, and when the engine speed is low, the point cannot keep up, resulting in undervoltage).
2. In order to maximize the performance of the electric air conditioner, it is recommended to install a set of power batteries of 200A or above and a generator of about 70A, which can be used for about 5 hours when it is very hot during the day and used for more than 10 hours at night. Electric air conditioner doesn't have any effect either!
3. The external unit of the electric air conditioner should be installed to avoid the exhaust pipe of the engine, so as not to cause the high temperature of the external unit. The distance between the back panel of the electric air conditioner and the cab should not be less than 10 cm to ensure that the condenser fan has sufficient airintake.
