Had a nightmare dealing with trying to schudule delivery Trucking company said the shipper Mayfair formerly CSN never told them to pick it up. The mattress support slats on bed is finger joint glued together pieces of short boards very noisy bed pops when someone gets in or moves a screw was bulging through on side rail very noisy bed it is not particle board but easily scratches and is a soft wood something like rubber wood clasified as a hardwood but soft, the retainers that holds the screws in for head board and foot board are very cheap. Poor support has to have 2 short support boards in center slat . Could have purchased a bed cheaper with same quality after reading their description I was expection quality but did not get it
