Great product, terrible customer support
The product itself is great - great price, great appearance, easy to use. The negative rating is solely due to customer support from the vendor. The unit was sent with an incorrect fuse (doesn't fit, and based on research, it appears to be a European or Asian compatible fuse). I reached out to support, specifically just to confirm "what is the proper fuse for this model" since the part only costs $1, I'm more than happy to purchase this myself, I just want to be 100% sure I get the right one so I dont cause a fire hazard. The back and forth has gone on for a week where i've had to provide multiple pictures, re-explained the issue multiple times, and almost went down a path where they were going to have me return the WHOLE UNIT. I just need a part number...... :( Other than that - the product is great and was a great price tag - the customer experience and warehouse mixup with parts packaged with the unit really drove the whole rating down, unfortunately.
