Halloween Peter Pan Adult Costume

My daughter ordered this for Halloween. We were worried that it would be too small as it seems a lot of online orders for clothing are not true to size. However, it fit her perfectly and she was thrilled. She even later wore the hat to Disneyland and had people asking her where she bought it. Only reason I did not give this a 5 star rating is because the tights are way too short. We cut a slit in the toes and she was able to put her foot through (shoes covered her feet) and make it work.

The only thing that fit well was the hat. The dress came in as a Large even though I ordered a small. The large was VERY large, yet the tights were way too small. I had to make many alterations just to wear the dress and could not wear the tights.
