Disappointing on several items

There is only one intro/outro per style. Unlike Clavinova's which have 2 or 3 intro's for each style A/B/C/D, this unit only had 1 and they are either too long or cheesy sounding to use. The unit was advertised with a pedal assembly and matching color side stands - neither of which came at delivery. I contacted the supplier to request the parts, but they never got back to me. I have returned the unit and purchased a Clavinova instead which I know will provide excellent service.
