The sizing is accurate. I ordered an L even though I usually wear M, and the L turned out quite big on me. I gave it to my daughter, and it's still loose on her, but it doesn't fall off. The back is very open and flows a lot, so your whole back will be exposed—but that also makes it great for hot weather. The fact that it's linen is definitely a big plus. The instructions say not to iron it, but honestly, I would still iron it for a neater look. It's not very see-through, or at least not too obvious, but I'd still recommend wearing nipple covers just in case. We pinned the back with a small pin, and it looked much better that way. The ties seem more decorative than functional. Just note: it will definitely not look fitted like in the photos. The fit is much looser in real life. Overall, I'd recommend sticking to your true size or even sizing down.
