Cables pass through holes. 1/4" retaining lip around each shelf. 3-outlet, 15' UL and CSA listed electrical assembly with cord plug snap. 4" ball bearing casters, two with locking brakes. The cart itself is good. Sturdy and wheels around great. Cabinet functions well. Only problem is that it didnt come with any hardware. I had to find my own. Lucky for me I happen to have what I needed on hand.
