Arrived wrong color and box and contents smashed!

The photo on the site was for a black and white (cream or tan) plaid lampshade. What arrived was Black and gold. I cannot use that color scheme. Not only that, the box was completely smashed on top, denting both lampshades. They were not very well protected in case this were to happen.
