Up for debate, clean, septic lines

This product is supposed to clean out my septic lines. There's no way for me to know if it's actually doing the work. It said to add one extra scoop if I wanted to clean my toilet, it doesn't clean my toilet as well as the Clorox stuff that I normally use so did I waste my money or am I gonna have clean septic lines?
