My last jug lasted me a whole year. I use aprox a couple tablespoons and then fill some of the lid with white vinegar instead of both softener/antistatic dryer sheets. Very lazy, inacurate measuring; less is more (which is great for your washers lingetivity). Great for my sensitive skin.
