Rp-HPLC Method Development and Validation of Combined Drug in Bulk, (Paperback)

The studies lead to the conclusion that the estimation of Escitalopram (ESC) and Etizolam (ETI) in their combination dosage tablet formulations can be accomplished with success using the RP-HPLC technology. The RP-HPLC method is sensitive, accurate, precise, specific, and has good reliability. It is also possible to successfully analyse the combined dosage formulation of etizolam (ETI) and escalopram (ESC).With these methods, there is no interference from additives, matrices, etc. These investigations could be clarified with additional research on different pharmacological formulations. The suitability of these methods on biological samples needs to be studied in the future.
