Nice quality but missing advertised features

The material of this duvet cover feels great—the organic yarn-dyed cotton is soft and looks exactly like the photos, including the wrinkles. However, I was disappointed to find that it did not have the internal ties to hold the duvet insert in place. It is advertised to include these ties, and they are pretty essential for keeping the bedding from shifting around. I'm not sure if I just received a defective unit or if they all come like this, but it was a major letdown considering the description. It's a beautiful set, but the lack of ties makes it much less functional than expected.
