Disappointed with how hard it is to clean

It is very hard to clean this and the company points you in the direction of a professional cleaner when you go to support, which is not a practical solution. The issue is that if you spot clean on the blue stripes the blue dye bleeds into the cream and leaves an even bigger looking spot. I fear our rug is ruined due to attempting to spot clean on the blue stripes. This rug also shows dirt very easily so it's a double whammy not being able to sufficiently clean it. Be warned
