I'm a 60 year old woman I put the bed on the frame by myself opened it up by myself slept on it by myself the first night with my two cats actually but I was in so much pain during the day I had to take the old queen mattress out to the dumpster by myself I move my iron framed bed by myself took out six loads to the dumpster my back was literally killing me not just my back from the back of my neck all the way down to my hips. I wasn't sure the bed was going to work cuz I thought it was too firm. I went to sleep at 10:00 at night did not wake up until 6:00 the next morning. that means I didn't even get up for a pee break. I slept all night it was incredible 8 hours solid. I felt so good when I got up that I want to buy this mattress from my 40-year-old daughter. she has a lot of hip problems that can't be fixed. and it causes great stress and pain every time she moves. I'm going to have her take a nap on my mattress and see if it helps her. if it helps her as much as it's helped me I'm definitely going to get her one. I have never felt so good in my entire life physically. I would say hurry up and buy one the price is incredibly low and the mattress is incredibly positive. I'm thinking about getting one for my 8-year-old grandson it's important that they have a good foundation to start life out on. I love my mattress love love
