i was surprised that this fits a true 5 gallon bucket. i didn't have to buy a special overpriced 4 gallon bucket and their small seats. I live full time in a rv camper so a set up like this is handy. i line my bucket with a pool noodle then a scented 8 gallon trash bag , next another the black seat and another 8 gallon bag to fit over both the pool noodle and seat so they stay cleaner. one more 8 gallon bag as a lid. i do put a portable toilet pad in the second bag with baking soda and Snuggles 5in 1 odor eliminating fabric softener. Camping at it's finest!

It's compact and light and sturdy, snaps right onto a bucket and holds so it's not wobbly, a 5 gal bucket is perfect for all the family. Great item for the camper or long distance trucker or even the hunting blind or bunker. A small garbage bag over the bucket lid before the seat goes on makes clean up very easy. Toilet paper holder included,also a hook for miscellaneous item. A bear might not use it in the woods but I will!

The only reason I'm not returning this is I'm going camping in a few days. It's worth about $2. It does not come with the bucket for 11.99. I'm really not happy with it.
