Defective C Type USB Plug

When I got the charger I was Extrmemly excited! However, only minutes into my experience my laptop showed no charge coming from the charger and when I examined the cord going to the computer the tip of the C type USB plug was almost falling out of the end of the cord and it had not been subject to any kind of stress or reason to be hanging off the end like it was. I'm going to request a replacement and hopefully this one will be of better quality.
