They have problems with returns

I had an order with them that was never delivered. They shipped it from somewhere in China, and in their minds, it arrived here in the United States. Well, it didn't! They refused to believe that something shipped 7,000 miles would not make it and therefore refused to believe me. I ended up getting a refund from Walmart. Walmart handed this perfectly.
