Legs and feet ONLY

The tabs on the base to attach the legs are POOR. They are welded on, but weren't square to the legs. It took a child-like amount of force to move the welded tabs. That in no way, makes me think of great stability. The Smart Summary says comfortable seating; however, I'm not going to allow a large animal to sit on these, let alone a person. Some of the other ottomans I was considering had maximum weight ratings on them. I probably know now why this item doesn't. It must be dreadfully low. Lastly, I missed this gem in the item description before I purchased it.
