Overall piece is nice looking. The entertainment center overall is a decent quality. However it arrives in two heavy boxes when the boxes first arrived pieces were broken and missing. unfortunately, they weren't able to just replace the pieces that were broken end or missing they had to send me two more boxes. Customer service was very easy to work with. It was just unfortunate that I had to contact them to begin with.
