Well made pet carrier

We got a small breed dog and wanted a carrying case for him that wasn't going to upset him (puppy mill dog, 8 years mostly in a kennel, doesnt like being enclosed). While he is not a fan of ANY small spaces, he will tolerate using this. The bag is not designed for dogs, but is more stable than you'd think. The 'corners' of the bag have some posts in them that gives the bag structure and stability. There's tons of pockets for different things you'll need too. The interior space is decently sized, my 11lb chihuahua fit just well enough to be able to readjust and move around a bit, and we can zip the top closed without issue. The backpack has a compartment that pops out to let your pet have more space to move around when you arent carrying the bag, and even our chihuahua can move through it (albiet, he has to crouch a bit to get in and out of the extra space). I love the safety strap that came with it, we attach his harness directly to the bag and know he cant jump out even if he tries. Very happy with this purchase, for pets the same size or smaller than my dog I would recommend this bag.

Backpack seems to at least work for 1 of our cats

Overall I like this carrier. Only 1 of our cats has been in it so far and just to test it out around the house. He is smaller so it's a good size for him though I'm not sure if our other cats will fit as well, time will tell. I like the concept of this and I'm trying to move away from the old school carriers so I'm hoping this will work for all of our cats. Seems to be pretty well made and I like the placement of the “windows “. Price is reasonable as well.

good, but important feature not working

There are a lot of good things to say about this pack. Size, safety clips on zippers. etc But, I picked this pack specifically because it has a waist belt. Unfortunately it is woefully short and does not fit, so it's completely ineffective. I am sure there are some emaciated, naked people who could fasten the belt comfortably, but not I, sadly.
