Solid but delivery is a royal pain

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The call center was mildly rude and a pain to deal with. I had to reschedule my delivery, it finally came this morning. The mattress was fair to move around It has durable handles making it easier. I slept on it for a couple hours, since the delivery guys woke me out of a dead sleep. I had a wild night of stomach cramps so I didnt sleep much. This is a pretty springy mattress but well padded. All in all i think my neck and back will calm down (been sore from the old mattress)

Sleeping on a cloud

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress is a dream! It has the right balance of firmness with softness that provides support while conforming to your body. I was surprised by how thick it is. I had my bed legs elevated initially but lowered them so that I can easily climb in. The quality looks superb so I'm looking forward to using this mattress for a long time!
